Is my account secure?

Your account and credentials are in safe hands! Our team is trusted by clients all over the world and we use every precaution to keep your account secure.

Will my account get banned/blacklisted?

Each platform makes periodic changes to their terms of service and usage limitations. Voilations of these criteria is typically what leads to banned or blacklisted accounts. The Resonus Media team pays close attention to these requirements and makes adjustments along the way to ensure that we remain compliant. This helps prevent your account from getting banned or blacklisted.

Can I try before I buy?

We are invested in your success and stand behind our service. Each new plan comes with a 14 day free trial.

We invest a substantial amount of time onboarding each account, this process includes quite a bit of behind the scenes work understanding your brand and determining the target audice, getting our systems setup to access and manage your account, then actually doing the work to managing the account.

We work hard to ensure that we bring value and you achieve results and work to continue earning your business. If at any time we are not living up to your needs, you can cancel your plan. No hard feelings... Promise!

How much does it cost?

Resonus Media offers multiple subscription options for both Instagram + Twitter. You can find the details for each subscription on our Pricing Page.

Can I have you manage multiple accounts?

Yes! Resonus Media manages multiple accounts for a variety of clients (we love repeat business!) and we can definitely help. Each account requires a separate subscription.

Do you work with marketing agencies?

Yes! We enjoy working with marketing agencies... In fact, we enjoy it so much we even give some of our favorite agencies special discounts and other perks. If you are an agency and would like to talk, Contact Us.

Can I still use/access my account?

You ALWAYS remain the owner of record for your account and as such will most definitely retain access to your account(s). In fact, our service works best with coordinated efforts between Resonus Media and account owners. Our services include general activity on the accounts and each respective platform. We encourage and count on each account owner to add additional content and post while using Resonus Media services.

Are the followers real?

We make best efforts to ensure that all of your followers are real people interested in your message. As with anything in life, there are no guarantees and it is not uncommon for users to create deceptive accounts.

Periodically Resonus Media does audits of the accounts under management using third-party identity validation or verification services to ensure that account followers are in fact real people. We use this information as feedback to continually improve our services.

When will I see results?

Results depend based upon your message, the activity in your target niche and relevant keyworks, the age of your account, and a variety of other factors. We find that most clients tend to see preliminary results within the first couple weeks and most of the time within the first month we can meet or exceed the target follows included in your subscription.

How do I make changes to my subscription?

Our website has several places for you to access your account with us. Look for the "My Account" button at the top of and bottom of the website. After you login, using the same email you used to subscribe, you will have access to the subscription plan, payment methods, and can manage your service.
